Swappable benefits

All prepaid customers who will top-up a certain amount in the current month will get a possibility to activate an extra benefit in the next month upon their choice – additional internet, weekend minutes, Stream On option, Option 100 or Speak Out option.

Additional benefits are available and can be activated only via Telekom MK application.

After the end of the current month, in Available packages menu from SERVICE MANAGEMENT, the Additional benefits awarded according to the total amount of credit recharge from the previous month become visible.

The users can choose only one of the Additional benefits in one month*.

The additional 1 GB Internet is available for use 7 days as of the day of its activation.
The unlimited weekend minutes for calls towards all networks, in the first category of benefits, are available for use in the first weekend after the activation.
The unlimited weekend minutes for calls towards all networks, in the second category of benefits, are available for use 30 days after the activation (four weekends in a row).
The 4GB + Stream On package is available for use 7 days as of the day of activation. With the Stream On option you can watch MaxTV GO, HBO GO, NETFLIX and YOUTUBE without limits without spending the mobile basic or additional internet.
The 4GB + Speak Out package is available for use 7 days as of the day of activation. The Speak Out option provides you with unlimited internet traffic to use on the social networks Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Tinder, Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter via the Telekom mobile network without spending the mobile internet included in the package.
The 100 Option is available for use 7 days as of the day of activation. With the Option 100 you get unlimited calls and 100 SMSs in the Telekom network and 100 MB of internet.

* If the user has already active additional benefit, the new benefit for the next month will be made available after the expiry of the validity of the previous one.
